How to Crochet a Lace Heart – Free Pattern & Instructions

Stitch Guide

Beginning Shell (beg shell): In specified st work (ch 3, dc, ch 2, 2 dc).

Shell: In specified st, work (2dc, ch 2, 2 dc).

Beginning Double Shell (beg d-shell): In specified st work [ch 3, dc, (ch 2, 2 dc) twice].

Double Shell (d-shell): In specified st work 1(2 dc, ch 2) twice, 2 dc.

V-Stitch (V-st): In specific st work (dc, ch 2, dc).

Cluster (CI): (YO insert hook in specified st, YO and draw up a 1p, YO and draw through 2 fps on hook) twice; YO and draw through rem 3 1ps on the hook.

Picot: Ch 3, sI st in last st made.
