Round 2 (Yarn color is cream).

Join the yarn, sc in the dc of the previous round. Ch 5, skip 1 dc, join with an sc. Repeat 7 times.

Fasten off.

Ch6, sl st to join and form a ring.

Round 2 (Yarn color is peach)

Ch3, 2 dc, ch 7. Repeat four times (3 dc, ch 7).

Ch3 in the second dc of round 2 (skip 1 dc), In the ch7 space, make 15 dc. 

Repeat 1 dc (skipping 1 dc on both sides); 15 dc in the ch7 space. 

Fasten off.

Ch 5, sl st to join and form a ring.

Round 2 (Yarn color is white)

Ch3, 19 dc, in the ring, sl st to close. Cut the yarn.

Round 3 (Yarn color is dark blue)

Join the yarn with an sc. 1 sc in the next dc, 1 sc, ch 5, skip 1 dc, join with an sc. Repeat four times. (3 sc, ch5, 3 sc)

Round 4 (Yarn color is dark blue)

1 sc, in the ch 5 space of the previous round, make 10 dc to form a petal. Join with an sc.

Repeat four times.
